Open Maya. Import the file which was saved in the last part of the tutorial.
In the ShatterIt feature window, set the values of Shatter Style to Local, Num Centers to 1 and then click on Shatter It! button.
A volumetric spherical particle emitter icon gets created on the grid as shown in the following image.
Go to Create > Volume Primitives > Cone and create a cone in the perspective viewport.
With the torus selected, set the value of Radius to 3 at 1st frame and click on Set Key option. At 30th frame, set the value to 12 and click on Set Key option.
With the top faces of the object selected, go to Edit Mesh > Duplicate and click on the option box.
Go to fluidShape1 attribute and set the value of Base Resolution to 50. You can change this value to 150 just before rendering for the final output.
