E-mail fetching

Your potential clients can reach you via email or by using the contact form. You can respond to emails and your customers will receive immediate replies. Catchers Helpdesk will poll an external POP3/IMAP account on a regular basis, retrieve email messages and convert them to tickets.

Saved replies

Affordable and useful tool for saving you time. You can create saved reply if you answering the same question frequently. They can be utilized in any form of customer communication: from inquiry, to request, to support.

Conversation feed filtering

You can filter all conversations on the ticket page for the easier organization. Filtering Conversations allow you to selectively view conversation messages by author and status.

Private notes

Public comments can be read by anyone who has access to the ticket. You can also add private comments to tickets. These comments are only visible to other agents, not to the ticket requester or any other end-users. Have some fun with your team

Custom fields

The most requested feature from our customers! Easily set up additional custom fields on any of your contact form.

Contact form constructor

The contact form is fully customisable. You can manage multiple contact forms there. Simple adding via shortcode. Use Google reCaptcha to avoid spam messages.

Ticket history

A simple listing of the date and time a request was assigned to someone and who it was that assigned it as well as status changes. The activities feed in a ticket shows you a quick log of all the activities that have been happening on it.

Front end for clients

Each customer can click to a ticket number from e-mail message and go to the front end and see all current and previous tickets. The whole picture of ticket will be available on this page, as well as on email app.

Auto reply and E-mail footer

You can set up any appropriate template for your message to client. Make it looks good and clear and don’t forget about signature, logo or any other things.

Tickets export

You can export your tickets list to a CSV whenever you want to create custom reports or presentation for a manager.

Embed contact form

«Help Catcher» – is a simple embed code you can add to your website, which enables customers to contact you without leaving the page. Choose background, hover colors, conversation text and be prepared for a new flow of customer’s requests.

Customer card

Helpdesk plugin includes client cards. On the ticket page, you can see the customers information with tags, contact information, and client’s previous tickets.

Ticket category

You can add a ticket category field on a contact form and set up a personal manager for each category. In this case, notification about new ticket will be sent to a certain manager. It is a good option for separating tickets without any efforts.

    If you’re looking for a ticket system for your technical support, look no further, you’ve found it! 5 BIG STARS! This plugin contains SO many very interesting options. — The customer can reply to the email and the ticket is automatically updated
    — Ticket tracking (ticket history)
    — Caned Answers (to answer frequently asked questions)
    — Easily edit form
    — And so many of the best! Their own support is very responsive. I had a small issue (relating to my own server, not to the plugin itself) and after opening my ticket, I had an answer within 15 minutes. I’m really pleased to have changed my old system for this one. This is really the best technical support plugin for WordPress.     Fantastic plugin, very easy to use and very helpful and friendly support if you have any issues. The plugin was working fine, however there was an issue on my server to do with mail. They was more than happy to look into the issue and provide me with this information so I could get it sorted. I would highly recommend and would use them again.

    I have tested many wordpress helpdesk, this is the best one available so far. Some essential features need to be added but developer are very open for new ideas and active for regular updates. By adding new features and update it frequently, I believe it will be the top trending soon. Good luck.

    Well done! I am really appreciate for clear interfaces. I saw a few hepdesks and tickets system and all of them have poor UX.     Customer Support is outstanding! Always open for suggestions, fast and friendly responses, they are also fast with implementing new features! For me the mycatchers helpdesk plugin provides everything i need (Email pipeline, correct reply-to handling off incomming Mail, integrates well into the wordpress backend).
