Currencies handling is a mess.
If you have clients with several currencies – you will be in trouble. All the statistics, totals – everything shows in different currencies, and sometimes without them at all. Invoice totals showing just a number, payments total – in USD (when I have clients with GBP). That’s basics, guys, and it is still not fixed (for a year of using and reporting).

What a cool tool! Bought it a day ago and sent out my first invoice two hours later … that’s great 😉 It is not 5 stars (not yet). I miss the possibility to flag expenses and project hours as billable. This would open the possibility to add these positions to an invoice automatically or with some drag-and-drop function. Besides this … again … cool work. I’m implementing big ERP systems, so i know a bit about that stuff!

Very clean, easy and clear to handle. It is fast and fluid. In my opinion, I leave some ideas of things that should be thought to be adding:
– Have a computer file manager.
– The files should be able to be hosted on AWS S3.
– Clone bill model.
– Link the chat, and if possible more modules to a Rocket.Chat server. Rocket.Chat works very well, is fast, open source, has App on all platforms and you can have one for 5 euros per month for all your equipment, mounted on AWS Lightsail, for example.
– The logos and favicon … They must be vectors ..! .svg? for example..? The logo looks blurry when it is resized.
– If it were to embed to be able to use the mail of each user inside, it would be absolutely impressive. I’m talking about having a mail manager and not a mail server. Have a mozilla thunderbird to put my email account and manage it from RISE.

This is by far the best Project Management software. I have tried many online paid subscriptions and this one is very user-friendly with lots of options. The support team is very quick to respond and will go above and beyond to fix any issues. I thought there was a problem with the email system, as it turns out, is was Microsoft exchange server.
