To run onTrack your hosting server must support the following:
- PHP version 5.4 or greater;
- MySQL version 5.5 or greater;
- PHP PDO MYSQL extension;
- PHP MCRYPT extension;
- PHP IMAP extension (for tickets autoimport);
- PHP FSOCKOPEN extension (for service monitoring);
- Cronjobs (for automated tasks like email ticket and service monitoring).

Bem, achei esse sistema muito bom. Na minha opinião ainda existem alguns itens que gostaria de ver aqui. O sistema é fácil e intuitivo. Eu sei que existem outros sistemas no СodeHolder com mais recursos e mais caros, mas onTrack me parece ser criado com mais cuidado e também me permite exportar ou imprimir uma lista de dados em quase todas as telas e que foi o diferencial para minha escolha.

An excellent application and an excellent developer. This is a very simple and easy to use application which has a large number of features included.
